The next step on the exterior is to wrap the house and install cedar shingles. The lower floor radiant heating mainfolds were installed. The wiring loops seen in some of the pictures show the general area where recessed lighting will be installed. The picture window over the indoor/outdoor fireplace offers a great view of the surrounding valley. The rear backyard fence with trellis is hand-crafted out of redwood and contrasts nicely with the poured-concrete planters.
