We are pleased to report that the Project Noe house was completed as planned in late May 2010. It’s interesting to note that despite the economy, the Project Noe home was already under contract before construction was even completed. The home sold for $3,350,000, and is currently the highest sales price for a single-family home in the Noe Valley district for 2010.
The new owners have since moved in and we wish them lots of fond memories in the home for years to come. Stay tuned for the next Project Noe house, which should begin in the coming months.

Stunning house. Great vision and execution. Have a two quick questions on sourcing materials–who makes the floor tile in the master bath (looks like roman travertine); and where did you get the in-mirror sconces? Thanks for these references.
